Refund Policy
Overview
This Refund Policy explains how Opale Blog Ltd handles returns and refunds related to purchases initiated through our catalogue experience. Many titles are fulfilled by external retailers such as Amazon. When you complete a purchase on a third-party site, that retailer’s refund rules apply first.
For digital lead magnets and consultation bookings arranged directly with Opale, the rules below apply.
Third-party book orders
If you bought a paperback, hardcover or Kindle edition via an external checkout, use that shop’s returns centre. We can help you identify the correct title or edition if your email receipt is unclear — write to hello@opaleblog.com with the order date and book name.
Print delivery issues (damage, wrong edition) should be photographed and reported to the seller promptly under their stated window.
Checklists and consultations
The free 30-day budget checklist is a complimentary education resource. Because it is free, it is not refundable. If the file fails to arrive, we will resend it after verifying your email.
Paid consultations, when offered, can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged in full unless we can fill the slot. If Opale cancels, you receive a full refund or a free rebooking.
How to request help
Email hello@opaleblog.com or call +44 20 3769 4810 with your name, contact email, product or session date, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within two UK working days.
Refunds we control are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after approval. Bank display times vary.
Fair use
We may refuse refund requests that show clear abuse, such as repeated consultation no-shows without notice. We will still honour rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related UK regulations where they apply to services we sell directly.
This policy is published for 2026 operations and may be updated as our fulfilment partners change.
If a retailer issues a partial refund or replacement, keep their reference number; we can annotate your consultation notes if the book was part of a guided reading plan arranged with Opale.
